Stacked Skyaak Packages

Over time, with a concentrated effort, the whole packaging concept was refined and developed to result in a third-generation advance: Series 1 Model 3. The plastic components were all revisited and the materials were upgraded to tougher, professional-quality plastics that could withstand the rigors of life as a Skyaak component. Thanks to Steve Kosteniuk of the Plastics Lab at Saskatchewan Research Council for his sage advice on material upgrades. Steve’s input allowed the project to surge ahead to the next level. Right on the correct trajectory. Another huge frustration overcome, thanks to some timely help.
With the great new materials we were able to jump on packaging. By this time all the details of the box design had been worked out, not to mention the illustrated assembly instructions and Flight Performance Tips. The literature itself involved lots of very labor-intensive work.
Every time we pulled together and got organized to package a certain number of Skyaaks, we got more streamlined and efficient:

later y'all. Michael.
