WATCH for VISITOR # 7001!

Please Note: Regular readers of this blog will remember that this post was 1st published a while ago. I am bringing it back as a reminder that this Contest is ongoing!

*FREE*
SKYAAK Model 3 CONTEST

This is the real deal, folks! A little while ago I noticed that the visitor counter here was quickly approaching 5000. I made a mental note that this was kinda cool. Then I thought, why not offer the latest, greatest Skyaak model (the amazing new Skyaak Model 3!) as a *FREE* prize to visitor # 5001? It's a nice milestone, no?

The problem is, early this morning I went ahead to post this idea to make it official and discovered that the visitor count had zoomed right past 5000 and now it's 5033. Oops!

One thing I can say for sure is that I WAS NOT visitor #5001. Another certainty is that someone out there WAS. SO...here's what we'll do. All YOU have to do is pop me a note and tell me that you were indeed visitor # 5001. Convince me. Then we will happily pack up a Skyaak Model 3 and send it to you absolutely *FREE*, shipped *FREE* anywhere on Earth.

This IS NOT A HOAX or an EVIL PLAN whatsoever. Simply our way of thanking our faithful readers. Or more specifically, ONE CERTAIN INDIVIDUAL who feels they were visitor #5001.

Furthermore, I had a meeting with some of my partners last night and we collectively decided that we are going to automatically qualify every visitor who trips the counter past even thousand increments for a *FREE* Skyaak Model 3 unit, shipped to you *FREE* ! For example, visitor #6001, #7001, #8001, #9001, #10,001, etc.

THIS PRIZE OFFER WILL CONTINUE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE so PAY ATTENTION to the VISITOR COUNTER. Simply COPY and PASTE (right click on the visitor counter. Select 'copy'. Open up your e-mail new message. Click on the body of the letter. Press Ctrl with v. This action will paste the WINNING VISITOR COUNTER into your note.) Send this along with your contact info to us via e-mail and YOU WIN!

Look forward to hearing from you.

Cool New Skyaak Action (Video Clip!)

These guys are summer neighbors of ours. You can plainly see that something is going on here with the flight characteristics of Skyaak. The 'Ring-Wings' come to life in the hands of a young Skyaak Master, who can cause the ring-wing flier to rapidly spin on its axis.

This spinning action greatly enhances both the loft and stability of the craft in flight.

It is very cool to see this aeronautical principle in practice, out of the lab and in the field!

It bodes well for the positive incidence trajectory of the project.

Gumbee Smokes Skyaak!

Gumbee posing with his Skyaak.
Are you gonna question his ability?

My buddy Gumbee dropped over on the wkend with his brand new Martguerita maker to share some of the delicious, refreshing concoction. He had just gotten back from a quick trip down to Mexico and had bought a large jug of Tequila that he was now pouring liberally into the mix.

After a few deep slurps we went up to the grassy field just south of here and tossed one of my Skyaak units around. Gumbee informed me beforehand with a chuckle that he loved throwing stuff around. He had been a formidable force in college football down in the states
and is built like a pro wrestler. A very nice, good-natured guy but you wouldn't want to screw around with him, if you know what I mean.

You could get crushed like a bug.

Holy mackerel, we soon found out that he is an absolute
NATURAL Skyaak Champion! After only about 4 or 5 throws, Gumbee was smokin' hot. He was tossing his Skyaak around like like a seasoned pro. Which leads me to believe that a certain skill set combined with enthusiasm results in very rapid mastery of the Skyaak method.

This big guy has a reach of prolly 10-12 feet. He is 6 ft tall with great long arms to match. Very athletic and powerful to boot.

We have agreed that he next time I am in the city (Saskatoon) I am gonna call him up and we are getting together with some of his buddies to take a few Skyaak units through their paces.

This is exciting for me, as I have had the experience of trying to get some action out of other people over the summer who are not really that talented. Some of them were actually real pussies. They couldn't smoke a Skyaak with any conviction if their lives depended on it.

But not so with Gumbee. He was tossing his unit at airspeeds easily exceeding 45 ks per hr without even breaking a sweat. This guy has CHAMPION written all over him. A rare combination of great form, power and agility that has the potential to dominate!

Mind you, I
have run into several other people (even of the female persuasion) who got their licks in, big time.

So I am now in the process of organizing another SKYAAK MEET that will be announced soon with all the details upcoming so watch this space.

Not one of Gumbee's best throws by any stretch, this clip shows one of his seemingly effortless techniques, one of several distinctly different types of throw. Gumbee has glummed on to the much-touted "Finger Flicker" technique. This killer technique lets you maximize your launch-power with less exertion!
