He is a leading expert on the 'Ring-Wing' flight concept. After all, my Skyaak invention is a hybrid 'ring-wing' design. I ran across Dr. Kroo's work by googling ' ring-wing aircraft', 'annular wing' and 'closed wing'. Any aviation science buffs out there will enjoy this article. FYI, it is written in populist language and laviously illustrated!
